Paul Bannick
Paul Bannick is an award-winning wildlife photographer specializing in the natural history of North America with a focus on birds and habitat. Coupling his love of the outdoors with his skill as a photographer, he creates images that foster the intimacy between viewer and subject, inspiring education and conservation.
In June of 2012, Paul was awarded the Canon prize in the International Conservation Photography Awards, Paul took first place among professionals in the Birds and Their Habitat category in Audubon Magazine's prestigious annual photography contest. Paul's first book, The Owl and the Woodpecker, published by The Mountaineers Books in October of 2008, continues to be one of the best-selling bird books in North America.

Joe Mueller
Joe Mueller has been teaching biology at the College of Marin for 23 years. Taking a holistic approach to science, Joe emphasizes the need to understand the reasons we have become so disconnected from the very planetary ecosystems we depend on. Joe also speaks at many wildlife events, leaving audiences both wiser and highly entertained. An animal lover by nature, Joe tends an animal orphan farm where he loves spending time with an assortment of critters ranging from llamas to lizards.
Joe is the recipient of the 2008 Terwilliger Environmental Award and he has developed and directs the Natural History Program at College of Marin.

Would you like to donate an item to our silent auction? We're seeking nice items in the $60 and up value range. Artwork, jewelry, nights at bed and breakfasts, restaurant gift certificates, luxury items etc. Wonderful if they are owl, raptor or wildlife related, but not required. Donations are tax deductible.
